Spirit

To me, our spirit is the centerpiece of where we exist and how we are connected to others. It’s not physical, it’s spiritual. It’s not from the brain, it’s from the heart.
While each of us carries our unique soul, a reflection of our inner peace and centeredness, we remain intrinsically connected to one another. This is how I physically connected to my spiritual guides and higher wisdom.

Intuitive Cards

I have a stack of different cards, and every morning I would pick a deck. I couldn’t read when I first started, so I just looked at the artwork. This process helped me to read again. I’d pick a card or select something meaningful and leave it out as my personal sign for the day. Here are the cards I used:

Rumi Oracle: An Invitation into the Heart of the Divine by Alana Fairchild

The artwork on these cards is beautiful, and I just loved looking at them and feeling what I felt.

Medicine Cards: Discover the Power Through the Ways of Animals
by Jamie Sams and David Carson

I would pick a card, then I would read what it meant in the book companion.

Health, and the Law of Attraction Cards: The Teachings of Abraham by Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks

These cards focus on your body-mind connection. Each day I would pull a card to remember how much control my mind had on my body and its recovery.

Each of the bright and happy cards is an inspirational piece of wisdom, and they helped elevate my state of well-being.

Along with the cards, I listened to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations about connecting to the universe and the quantum field.
